Position Purpose: Takes incoming customer calls, places orders and answers questions; striving for total satisfaction with each customer. About the role: Responsible for answering incoming customer calls, taking orders, utilizing company policies and resources to solve customer issues, and directing calls to the managerial team when necessary. Our Call Center Representatives are the first point of contact for customers' product concerns. Engages with customers and is always ready to offer information on merchandise and services. This is a CR-based position. To be considered, please be aware that you must be currently authorized to work in Costa Rica.
