El IT TECHNICIAN , ubicado en nuestra sede de Costa Rica, será responsable del soporte y la mejora de los sistemas de Skechers , incluyendo el punto de venta (TPV) y Oficina Central. Como IT TECHNICIAN, trabajará para garantizar que las tiendas Skechers Retail en Costa Rica cuenten con el soporte completo. (ocho tiendas propias) como también dará soporte técnico a nuestra Oficina Corporativa. The Retail Technical Analyst sitting in our Panama location will be responsible for the support and enhancement of the LATAM Skechers Retail systems, including POS and other store impacting systems. As the Retail Technical Analyst, you will work closely with the Local IT departments to ensure Skechers LATAM Retail stores are fully supported. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Proporcionar soporte técnico para sistemas POS de Retail y sistemas relacionados, incluyendo soporte directo a tienda según sea necesario. Colaborar con el Centro de Ayuda para garantizar la resolución de tickets escalados a nivel LATAM. Apoyar en las implementaciones de software y hardware para Retail. Gestionar los procesos de control de cambios para tiendas minoristas. Trabajar con el Centro de Ayuda y el equipo de Nuevas Aperturas de Tiendas Minoristas para gestionar la implementación de las tareas de apertura de nuevas tiendas. Realizar el seguimiento de versiones y documentar las implementaciones. Realizar y desarrollar la supervisión y alertas de sistemas. Realizar análisis de causa raíz y cualquier tarea retrospectiva. Actividades de configuración y mantenimiento para dar soporte y actualizar los sistemas POS y de Retail. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY N/A JOB REQUIREMENTS Se requiere al menos 3 años de experiencia en funciones similares. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación (verbal y escrita). Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico con poca supervisión directa. Experiencia con soluciones de pasarela de pago. Se requiere titulación en informática o un campo técnico relacionado.
