About the job
In this position, your responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
Supports Hiring Managers (HM) with the initiation of the recruitment process as per need (guidance). Prepares and publishes job postings based on a detailed understanding of the position requirements and implement recruitment strategy as per the first briefing conversation with the HM. Maintains people data quality in HR systems related to Talent Acquisition processes. Organizes and ensures testing of candidates such as onsite case studies, online tests, participation in assessments, background checks etc. Provides feedback to HM about interviews as well as about test results (as applicable) and consults on decision making. Participates in and executes HR projects and activities. Proposes and implements efficiency and quality improvements Delivers fast, responsive, and high-quality services to HR communities, managers and candidates (internal and external) About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
2-3 years of experience within Talent Acquisition (end-to -end recruitment process) Portuguese and English language knowledge (C1 level or higher) Excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as keen attention to details Team orientation and ability to cooperate effectively with different stakeholders on all levels of the organization Previous experience in HR management tools (Workday, ServiceNow or other similar systems) is nice to have What we can offer
